Mr. Cantini has been a senior member of leading investment bank’s private equity efforts at Credit Suisse First Boston, SG Cowen, Smith Barney and Bear Stearns. Mr. Cantini most recently was a Managing Director at Morgan Joseph & Co, Inc., where he led the firm’s PIPEs and equity private placements team and as well as being involved in private equity coverage. Scott has over 20 years of corporate finance advisory experience and has completed over 50 transactions totaling approximately $1 billion in growth and acquisition financing for private and public companies. Previously, he was a founder of CityLab Advisors, an investment banking consulting firm similarly catering to private and middle market public companies.
