Mr. Delfini joined Best Practices Insurance Services in January 2005 and is responsible for the Distribution and Business Development functions for BPIS nationally. Prior to joining Best Practices, Mr. Delfini was most recently an Assistant Vice President for Aon Affinity’s Medical Doctor Program in Hatboro, PA. In that capacity he was responsible for the production and retention of physician’s professional liability insurance for the Northeast Region.

Prior to joining Aon, Mr. Delfini served as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Operations for The MIIX Group of Companies, a medical professional liability insurance carrier based in Lawrenceville, NJ. Throughout his tenure at MIIX, Dan served in numerous roles including direct sales & marketing to NJ physicians and surgeons, physician underwriting and account management.

Mr. Delfini received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kutztown University, Kutztown, PA, and he is a licensed Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines agent in numerous states.
